I’ve been on Vitality NAD supplements for several months and noticed an increase in memory and energy overall. I tested before taking NAD and after 3 months noticing an increase in my NAD level. The lozenge is a lot more convenient than the powder. I would let it slowly dissolve in my mouth until thin then chew the rest. Great flavor also.
