Berberine Seems to Smooth Our Day

I recently re-ordered Jinfiniti's Berberine... my wife and I have been using berberine for some time. It seems to smooth out my day, no matter what I eat...no bonks or races. I have been measured by Hume Scale to have a metabolic age of 59 yo and I am 78, I think the berberine helps with that... berberine is used in many cultures for centuries to manage our metabolism, and keep the sugars from raising our insulin too fast or high. and we 'get it'... we each use 1000mg capsules daily and plan to continue. For us, it seems to really help our daily and aging health.

It's VERY strong

I used this as a part of a mix of supplements, with which I tried to prevent the return of my cancer. I started taking this at a dose of only 1 capsule. I took it for only 2 days, and the side effects became too strong to continue. So I had to reduce it to only half a capsule a day. At this dose, I was able to add more supplements, and to complete this part of my strategy. I have Gilbert's syndrome, low weight, and I'm on keto diet. Maybe those are the reasons why berberine's effect is so strong on me. But berberine is actually known to have very strong effects, both the needed ones, and the side effects/toxicity. On the level of prescription meds. So it's better to be careful when starting taking this. The dose may be too high.
