Where each one is strong

Both are good at different jobs. Here is what each does well, in plain terms.

InsideTracker

Mature software for training and nutrition

  • Founded in 2009 by aging researchers from MIT and Tufts, with published studies, including one of more than 20,000 users.
  • An action plan ranked by impact, the Terra AI guide, and sync with Apple Health, Oura, Fitbit and Garmin.
  • Easy retesting: thousands of Quest sites, member retests at $340, and single-category tests from $99.
  • Blood tests in the US and Canada, and a results-upload membership for people in other countries.
Jinfiniti

Cellular depth and a plan you act on

  • Intracellular NAD+, a molecule your cells use to make energy and repair DNA.
  • ROM and TAC, the balance between oxidative stress and your antioxidant defenses.
  • Klotho and senescence markers on the Ultimate panel. Klotho is a protein linked to kidney function and healthy aging. Senescent cells stop dividing but still send out inflammatory signals.
  • An expert reviews your results with you, then you act, retest and adjust. Jinfiniti calls this Test, Act, Optimize.

Questions about Jinfiniti and InsideTracker

Short answers to what people ask most.

Explore longevity blood tests

Is Jinfiniti or InsideTracker better?

Neither is better for everyone. InsideTracker is the better fit for people who focus on training and nutrition and want an app, an AI guide and wearable sync. Jinfiniti is the better fit if you want cellular markers such as intracellular NAD+, Klotho and senescence, with a person who reviews your results and builds a protocol.

How much do Jinfiniti and InsideTracker cost?

As of September 29, 2026, InsideTracker’s Ultimate test costs $489 for new customers, including the $149 yearly membership. The membership renews at $149 a year, and member retests cost $340. InnerAge costs $99 extra and an at-home draw costs $119. Jinfiniti charges per test: the Cellular Essentials Panel is $898 and the Ultimate Longevity Panel is $1,498, and each includes a free expert consultation.

Is InnerAge the same as an epigenetic age test?

No. InsideTracker calculates InnerAge from standard blood markers, not from DNA methylation. Jinfiniti does not give a single biological age score. It measures cellular markers such as intracellular NAD+, oxidative stress, Klotho and senescence, which you can act on and retest.

Does InsideTracker include a doctor consultation?

No. InsideTracker’s terms say the platform does not give medical advice, and it suggests you share results with your own doctor. A clinician reviews orders only where state law requires it. Jinfiniti includes a free expert consultation with each panel.

Does InsideTracker test NAD+?

Not on its published Ultimate panel list, as of September 29, 2026. Jinfiniti measures intracellular NAD+ on every core panel.

How often should I retest?

InsideTracker suggests retesting every 3 months. With Jinfiniti, you retest after you act. Jinfiniti suggests rechecking intracellular NAD+ about 4 weeks after you start a protocol, and Klotho or senescence markers after about 3 months. Talk with your clinician about the right schedule for you.
