How is the blood sample collected?

The test kit comes with a phlebotomy instruction. You call one of our phlebotomy partners to schedule a blood draw at your location and convenenit time. The phlebotomist will draw the blood and ship the samples back to us with the supplies shipped to your home or office. If you have questions, just reach out to hello@jinfiniti.com.

How long does it take to get my results?

Your results will be available in 3-7 days after our lab receives your sample. You’ll get an email notification when they’re ready to view in your secure online dashboard.

Do I need to fast before taking the test?

No fasting is required. You can eat and drink normally before collecting your sample. However, avoid taking NAD+ supplements for 24 hours before testing for most accurate results.

How accurate is your test?
